SHINING STAR CARBON is a part of AVEANNA group of companies. We are into the industry since 2005 with the annual production capacity of 50,000/-MT. Our portfolio includes N-series carbon Blacks, Speciality carbon Blacks, Fine mesh carbon Blacks & Non Jelly carbon Blacks. Our materials are very clean and specially developed for better Shining, smooth extrusion and ZED BLACK Jetness.

OUR PRODUCTS

Rubber Carbon Blacks

Rubber is the biggest application for Carbon Black. It is used as a reinforcing filler, to provide high resistance to abrasion and UV-stability.

We can divide standard Carbon Blacks by:

High-reinforcing Carbon Blacks identified by ASTM-D by 100-, 200- and 300-series
Semi-reinforcing Carbon Blacks identified by ASTM-D by 500-, 600- and 700-series
Thermal/Non-active Carbon Blacks identified by 900-series

Special Carbon Blacks

Special Carbon Blacks are required in several applications, like plastics, inks, fibers, sealants and construction materials. They are responsible for performance, UV-protection, conductivity and color shade.

Please be aware that some grades of carbon black are available only in powder form, some in beaded form and also some grades in both forms.
